My name is Madeline. I am a Marriage and Family Therapist Candidate, holding a Master’s degree from Regis University in Denver, Colorado. I work with individuals, couples, and families across all stages of life. Whether you're seeking to feel understood in your relationship, mending connections with adult children, or wanting to enhance your self-worth, I am here to support you on your journey.

My expertise lies in working with clients facing challenges in relationships, parenting, anxiety, low self-esteem, perfectionism, boundary-setting, identity exploration, and major life transitions. I help clients improve authentic communication, address attachment wounds, develop conflict resolution skills, and navigate emotional experiences.

Before entering the field of therapy, I worked as an Early Childhood and Family Specialist in various settings, including family service agencies and Autism clinics. This experience laid a strong foundation for my work as a therapist and deepened my commitment to serving the community. I am passionate about creating culturally aware, inclusive spaces where all individuals feel respected, regardless of race, gender identity, sexual orientation, or lifestyle choices.

My therapeutic approach emphasizes healing the mind-body connection, building self-worth, and uncovering inner strengths. I integrate experiential modalities such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Experiencing, Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and Play Therapy to create a dynamic, healing experience. I believe creativity is a powerful tool to express what words often cannot capture. By nurturing our inner child, we can rebuild self-trust, invite playfulness into our lives, and discover our deepest desires.

I look forward to walking alongside you on your healing journey.
