Couples Therapy
In my work with couples, I integrate Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy and experiential approaches to help partners manage conflict, build trust, and engage in meaningful repair when disconnection or hurt has occurred. Together, we’ll increase emotional attunement, explore each partner’s inner world, and foster the closeness and security that sustain lasting relationships.
Family Therapy
I work with families to strengthen communication, increase empathy, and create more understanding across generations. Whether you're navigating conflict, transitions, or feeling stuck in old patterns, family therapy offers a space where each member can feel heard and valued.
